Start-

Introduction to Cardiff. Talking to two bands who are currently trying to make it in Cardiff. Exploring how they feel about the environment at the moment. 

Middle- Showing the decline in the live music scene. Talking to bands and people invoked in the scene and debating if this is having an effect on the youth cultures of today. 

End- Conclusion of the facts and talking to people to see how they feel. So young people and asking the question what do we expect from the future.  Meanwhile, showing how people like Minty are trying to help, also looking at the interview with Bethan and talking about what the government are doing to help.
